Demandleaf operates Studio Portfolio OS, private software that manages product listings and marketing content for storefronts and social media accounts that Demandleaf itself owns. The software is not offered to the public and has no third-party users.
The software connects only to accounts owned by Demandleaf — our ecommerce storefronts, our own social media business accounts, and our production partner account — through each platform's official API, using authorization we grant ourselves. It stores product listing content, identifiers for posts we publish, and aggregate performance metrics for those owned accounts, such as impressions, saves, clicks, and orders.
When a customer places an order in one of our storefronts, the shipping details required to fulfill that order are passed to our production partner solely for fulfillment. We do not retain those details beyond an anonymized reference used to match the order to its shipment.
This website does not use cookies, advertising trackers, or visitor analytics. The software does not access other people's accounts, boards, pins, or private data on any connected platform. We do not sell, rent, or share information with third parties, and we do not use connected-platform data for advertising.
Credentials for connected accounts are encrypted at rest and can be revoked at any time, either from the connected platform's own settings or by disconnecting the integration. Records are kept only for as long as they are needed to operate our storefronts, and are deleted when they are not.
Because the software operates only on accounts we own, there is no third-party user data to access, correct, or delete. Anyone with a question about this policy may contact us and we will respond.
If this policy changes, the revised version will be posted on this page with an updated date.
